Airless packaging to remove excess air from inside the bag. This upgrades product outer appearance and also extends product shelf life. Bags are directly formed into their end shape beginning from rollstock film, with products being filled and packaged in a continuous motion without unnecessary interrupts or stops.
Capable of packing products with medium capacity in high speed. Maximum package unit weight of 5kg. Maximum packing speed up to 20 bags/min.
Can be applied to packing products of multiple package specifications. By replacing relative parts, one machine is able to pack products with unit weight ranging from 1 - 5kg.
